Bus ride from Tehran to Kashan:

Tuesday the 25th of February

We started by having some breakfast at the hotel we were staying at; Hotel Roudaki. The name "Roudaki", is pronounced Roodachi in the language of Iran; Farsi. They're breakfast at the hotel is very nice, with some great tea (which is very popular in Iran) and sausages. After that we checked out of the hotel, got a taxi to the bus central, where there are a lot of buses that travel to and from the biggest cities in Iran (eg. Esfahan, Yazd, Kashan, Qom, Shiraz and Tabriz). We got out, struggling to pay the taxi driver with Iran's confusing currency. As we went inside the building someone asked us if we were going to Kashan. We said "Yes", so he pointed some place that wasn't clear. We went to information and asked were the bus to Kashan was. He pointed towards a gate that very few people were going into. We walked over and said we were going to Kashan and they guided us through to a bus that was just leaving. 

We got on the bus. Getting out of Tehran was tricky because there were many stops for people getting on. When we got out of Tehran I was busy reading. My Dad was studying the Iran book by the Lonely Planet. I was very hungry and right on cue they handed out junk food. It was nice, but at the time I would have liked it much more if they gave out fruit. We passed a main city called Qom (pronounced Gom in Farsi).
